Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Qoro Quantum platform ("Platform"), including the dashboard at dash.qoroquantum.net and any associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

Qoro Quantum provides cloud-based quantum-computing simulation services. Users purchase credits which are consumed when submitting simulation jobs. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Credits & Payments

• Credits represent CPU simulation compute units and do not expire.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP) by Stripe.
• One-time purchases and subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Platform are the exclusive property of Qoro Quantum or its licensors. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit through the Platform.

7. API Tokens

API tokens are issued at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. You must treat your API token as confidential. We are not liable for any damage resulting from the compromise of your token.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qoro Quantum and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
